This place has great parking, a brand-new room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a fantastic proximity to the light rail station.

Everything was great. The staff was responsive. The room was cozy.

The hotel has particularly good and fantastic location not far from the United States, grocery store, and Denver. Plenty of good food, we greatly enjoyed it.

The location of the hotel is great, close to Colfax Avenue, grocery stores, restaurants, and the freeway. The rooms are recently renovated and come equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The staff is friendly and assisted with parking.

It was close to the wedding party We chose this placed based in the name Extended Stay America. We have used it before and we were very happy with it, but not here. The place is nice, but not well maintained

The rooms were dirty. The bedspreads stained. There were insects in the bed. There parking lot had trash everywhere.

The pool area here is fantastic, the location is great, close to restaurants, and the staff is really friendly.

Let's see, from human waste left in toilet, to toilet backing up, all linens soiled and left on floors, bed sheets solid and not changed room was a pig pen. Any other stupid questions

Met our expectations during our vacation. Had a great time staying here 😊. the location near the light rail station was amazing and convenient.

The fact that I could cook small meals.

The fact that not 1 person told me how 2 obtain items needed 2 prepare meals. I had 2 go out and buy a skillet,pots, and plates and forks and spoons.

Nothing really. THis place was a complete disappointment

OMG...This hotel is just DISGUSTING. All of the common areas were filthy. The place should be condemned. Cigarette Butts line the entry way and the exit doorways. Trash in the "trash room on the third floor" piled 4 and 5 bags high each day and not emptied. A disease center in waiting. The room towels were filthy. We had to wash them ourselves before we used them! Also..I signed into the hotel and there was a pillow on the front desk that the clerk told me belonged in MY room. When I told him I didn't want that one, he raced up the back stairs to beat me up the elevator to my room and put it in there. On the back stairs, there was a used dental floss pick on the floor the entire time we were there. No one ever swept that stairwell the entire stay. It was filled with spilled food and crumbs just asking for the rats to come get it. We would have moved, but they take your money in advance and there was a huge girls softball tournament in town with no other rooms available.This place is a health hazard. The clerks don't care, the front desk staff hides in the back room and makes you push an intercom button to talk to them. Worst place I have ever set foot in. Felt like I needed to be sanitized each day I was there. The health department needs to visit this "housing project".

The building is nice. The room is brand-new and large. It boasts an incredible, peaceful location just off Aurora, CO. It's conveniently located near restaurants and stores. It's only 2 miles away from Utah Park.
